Roughness (Rough) and Metallic (Metal) have basically been combined - Rough and Metal are represented by the opacity of your color texture. The higher the opacity, the more shiny something is. The lower, more Rough something is.
Other maps, (AO, Emission, and Specular) are represented by an Aux texture, using the different color channels of the image, R, G, and B, respectively. Emission is usually left entirely black, if nothing glows. The alpha in the Aux map represents Enviornment, whatever that is.
